Fencing Hand Made In The USA

It is important to take a look at where the products you purchase are made. We can not get though a day without using products made in China or Mexico. I appreciate that for businesses to price their goods competitively they need to have them made  for less.

When shopping with American Iron Fence you will find that most of the fencing is made in the USA. The solid metal hoop and spear design is made in middle Illinois. In order to keep the selling prices reasonable the metal is bought in bulk and jigs are made to bend the fencing exactly each time.

The gates tend to be more complicated. Many have to be made to fit the customers spacing so it is more time consuming. Be assured that there still are products made in the USA.

Fencing To Enclose My Fish Pond

12 years ago my husband was showing my granddaughter our fish pond. Both were standing and looking then the next second, there she was head first in the pond. He grabbed her by the ankles and pulled her right out.

Well she was fine but it was evident that we needed a fence. This small hoop and spear fence looks wonderful in it's rusty finish next to my 1848 historical home.

I was able to bend the horizontal bars to curve the fence to the shape of the pond. This is a small pond as you can see but I enjoy it each time I go in or out of my home. The chair is there for me to watch my fish as I feed them.
